Based in Annapolis, MD and founded in 2006 as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) by Erik Heisig and former U.S. Coast Guard aviator Allan Ferguson, FedSoft focuses on providing technical staff augmentation and project-based services and solutions to public sector organizations. - FedSoft works to understand, not just the requirements or the statement of work, but the circumstances that led to their creation. We spend the necessary time to become acquainted with each customer’s unique needs and internal dynamics. This includes an analysis of where the customer is with regard to its inter-agency and public responsibilities, the nature of its corporate culture, and its position in the government space. Having assessed the critical factors, FedSoft then works side-by-side with our agency partners to design appropriate solutions using proven methodologies.
- Unlike many I.T. organizations that are trying to grow as quickly as possible and may do so by hiring minimally qualified candidates found in resume databases at the lowest prices possible to maximize profit, we have a reputation for identifying imminently qualified resources with hard-to-find technical skill sets. We do this through networking with industry professionals we have worked with in the past or who have been referred to us by someone we know and trust. This ensures that when you have a key position you need filled that the candidates we submit are already highly vetted and are ready to engage because the opportunity interests them not because they are unemployed and simply need a paying job.
